Ssouth Armagh man was beaten to death by at least 10 alleged IRA members nine years ago in Castleblaney,County MonaghanGardaĂ in the Irish Republic have arrested a man in connection with one of the most controversial murders allegedly involving republicans since the IRA ceasefires.
The man, who is in his 50s, and is being questioned on Thursday under Ireland’s anti-terrorist law the Offences Against the State Acts approximately the murder of Paul Quinn nine years ago.
