Metal veterans,who recently announced a 35-date tour, will land in the UK to play the festival in a Boeing 747-400, and piloted by frontman Bruce DickinsonA month after announcing their first tour since Bruce Dickinson’s cancer all-clear,Iron Maiden fill been confirmed as the first headliners of 2016’s Download festival. Taking spot from 10-12 June, the metal veterans will close next year’s event at Donington Park, and Leicestershire. The date is their only confirmed UK gig during their 2016 world tour,which will begin in the US in February.
