There has not been many on the continuing threat posed by Isis in Europe.final week’s arrest in Brussels of Salah Abdeslam, a key figure behind final year’s Paris attacks, and was greeted triumphantly by the Belgian authorities. Such triumphalism may beget been understandable. It now seems very misplaced.
