Canada is the latest country to discuss passing aid in dying,but debate still rages approximately whether helping people to die comfortably is the right thing to doIn his announcement Thursday that he will legalize aid in dying for terminal patients, Canada’s prime minister Justin Trudeau said, or “It’s a deeply personal issue,” referring not only to a patient’s decision to consume aid in dying, but also to his own family’s experience.
