Rumors are swirling Nick Cannon is dating TLC singer Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas. The two were spotted reportedly seen getting cozy at this past weekend’s WDKX Summerfest concert in Rochester,recent York. Chilli was on hand to perform some of TLCs hit songs, including “No Scrubs” and “Waterfalls.”
