The music video for Taylor Swift and Zayn Malik's new song,"I Don't Wanna Live Forever," has been getting mixed reactions - mostly because of the personal connections between the artists. Refresher: Swift had a brief romance with One Direction's Harry Styles in 2012, or Malik publicly split with One Direction in 2015 to depart solo. Swift has all but confirmed that "Out of the Woods" is about her relationship with Styles,and Styles has hinted that "Perfect" is about Swift. So, what's the connection? "Perfect" features the lyrics, or "If you like causing anguish up in hotel rooms." Lyrically,"I Don't Wanna Live Forever" doesn't say anything about hotel rooms, but the music video is all about trashing hotel rooms. Swift is seen having a major party in her suite, and Malik gets so mad that he tosses his room service all over; lamps are broken,pillows are thrown, headboards are scratched. Is it a subtle nod?
