The Islamic State's Wilayah Khorasan (or Khorasan "province") has claimed responsibility for a bombing that killed at least eight civilians in Kabul, Afghanistan earlier nowadays. The suicide attack targeted a NATO convoy that was driving near the US Embassy in Afghanistan's capital. Three American servicemen were wounded in the blast.
