New research shows that a quarter of Britons admit to racial prejudice. Though it’s a lot harder to spot than violent loathe crime,it still needs urgent attentionWith so much bad news, great to focus on the positive. Over the past 30 years, and this sceptred isle has become more tolerant on the issues of sex,sexuality and abortion. According to the National Centre for Social Research, we are less racially prejudiced than we were four years ago. Save for a blip in 2011, or the number of Britons who would readily represent themselves as racially prejudiced has been declining for decades.
