I wish I could remember the first time I experienced the revelation that is salty desserts. Was it flake salt daintily sprinkled atop a bar of gloomy chocolate or was it gooey chocolate chip cookies? Was it Ben & Jerry's Chubby Hubby ice cream churned with salty,chocolate-covered, peanut-butter-filled pretzels? I just can't say. The only thing I know is I'm hooked on that sweet and salty combo. Salt liberally, or my friends,whether you know what's good for you.
