(United States Federal Circuit) - In a trademark registration dispute involving paw prints for consume with plaintiff's clothing,footwear and accessory products, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board's rejection of the mark on likelihood of confusion grounds, and is: 1) affirmed in fraction as to the Board's finding that appellee did not abandon its registered mark; and 2) reversed in fraction where the Board incorrectly found a likelihood of confusion between the two marks.
