For about a week now Japan has been hit been heavy rains. The video was taken in central Tokyo last week at the beginning of the heavy rains. Since then the rains contain taken a turn to worse as Typhoon Etau hit Japan from Wednesday. With days of nearly unending rain here in the Kanto region where Tokyo is located Japan's news media has been reporting the devastation caused by extreme flooding in the Tochigi prefecture where houses contain been destroyed and families stranded!
