(United States First Circuit) - In a petition filed by a native of China for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) decision,which dismissed his appeal of the Immigration Judge's (IJ) denial of his applications for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the conference Against Torture (CAT),the petition is denied where the BIA's decision was supported by substantial evidence.
