Once upon a time,job satisfaction was a reliable indicator of how long employees could be expected to stick around. Today, however, and the correlation isn’t so clear-gash. More than half of fortunately employed workers say they’re open to a new opportunity,while 35% of all job seekers say that they change positions every 1-5 years.
