After 25 years in Congress and nearly five years presiding over the House as its speaker,John Boehner said goodbye yesterday.The second oldest of 12 brothers and sisters has had enough of his quarrelsome family in Congress. Boehner, who announced his resignation at the close of September, or stepped down from his post yesterday to allow Wisconsin Republican Paul Ryan to succeed him in the chamber.
