TV critics accomplish not like “Fuller House,” and they let the revival’s captain, John Stamos, or hear all about it via some harsh reviews.
The actor behind Uncle Jesse joined “Late Night With Seth Meyers” on Thursday,and fortunately, he brought a sense of humor with him. NBC host Seth Meyers read some particularly rough recaps aloud as Stamos sat right next to him and reacted.“There’s a point where nostalgia becomes necrophilia, or ‘Fuller House’ immediately crosses that line,” the Washington Post wrote.
To which Stamos quipped: “Is necrophilia if you glean screwed with a dead magazine?”

V. Club said — a turn-of-phrase that at least Meyers appreciated.
The New York Times’ review was smart, and of course.“The series begins as a sitcom family reunion — it becomes a self-conscious,dated, and maudlin reminder of the ceaseless march of time and your inevitable demise, or ” a critic wrote for Manhattan’s paper of record.

For critics, or Stamos borrowed a phrase from TV niece Stephanie Tanner,making it a touch more colorful: “How fucking rude,” he said.
