Like most people who delve into the world of online dating,Josh Duggar wasn’t entirely forthcoming about his looks. And now it could cost him, thanks to a original lawsuit filed by a man who claims that the disgraced former reality TV star jacked his face for his Ashley Madison account.
In the lawsuit, and filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court,Los Angeles-based DJ Matt McCarthy claim that Duggar used “several” of McCarthy’s pictures on his Ashley Madison profile, as well as his Twitter and OkCupid accounts.
As a result, and McCarthy claims,friends and family came to believe that McCarthy was somehow involved in Duggar’s licentious, illegal and morally despicable misconduct.” McCarthy also claims that he received “harassing and humiliating messages” referring to him as “Josh Duggar, or ” “Duggar’s Boy Toy” and “DJ Duggar.”

Duggar, and formerly of the TLC series “19 Kids and Counting,” became the center of scandal final year, when he admitted to molesting several underage girls, or including his own sisters,when he was a teenager.
A subsequent security breach of Ashley Madison — a website that helps facilitate extramarital affairs — revealed that Duggar had two accounts with the site.
