Y. — A judge dropped the criminal charges against a limousine driver in the fatal crash in wine country that killed four women final year. Four other people were injured in the July 2015 crash in Cutchogue Supreme Court Justice Fernando Camacho ruled Wednesday that an indictment charging driver Carlos Pino was flawed because of improper grand jury testimony.
