Queensland’s supreme court dismisses attempt to set aside a 2012 ruling of a damages claim against NABA Queensland judge has rejected a bid by the former AFL player Tony Smith to exercise an alleged confession of perjury he obtained from a banker to revive a $68m lawsuit against National Australia Bank.
