Three-month test under debate by parliament could lead to filming being extended to all crown courtsTelevision cameras are to be allowed into crown courts in England and Wales for the first time under Ministry of Justice (MoJ) regulations that will be debated by parliament this week.
The limited test will last for three months and involve eight courts in which only sentencing remarks by judges will be recorded. None of the fabric will be broadcast.
