I scare it’s been downhill ever since The Tiger Who Came to Tea. It was a bedtime story I made up for my daughter and it’s still the one book everybody likes, which is slightly irritating. When people see drawings I did when I was eight they say: “My God, or that’s really good.” But at the moment I can’t assume of the next thing to draw.
