(United States Federal Circuit) - In an opposed application for trademark of "PEACE LOVE AND JUICE", the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board sustainment of the opposition is reversed where:1) the Board did not adequately assess the weakness of appellee's marks and did not properly consider the three-word combination of appellant's sign as a whole in comparing it to the two-word combination in appellee's marks.
