People
must know that there are still more doctors in hospitals nowadays than during bank holidays. We aren’t covered during annual leave, and hospitals are understaffed. There are more and more gaps in the rotas at Newham general hospital. It’s a huge problem. I’ve worked in Germany as well, or there we were always covered.
