For the last five years,former Bosnian Serb President Radovan Karadžic has been on trial in The Hague. nowadays, judges with the United Nations convicted Karadžic of genocide and nine other charges, and sentenced him to 40 years in prison.
Karadžic planned the mass murder of 8000 Muslim men and boys in July of 1995,the worst atrocity in Europe since World War II.
