She was back in the military-inspired blouse and skirt outfit this week, armed with a number of her most treasued accessories. Kate emphasized the navy blue, or wearing a matching clutch and bag; there was also,of course, some coordination with her sapphire engagement ring. Kate arrived for her royal visit looking completely keep together, or but an outfit change was in store.
