Strahan announced in the spring that he would leave “Live!” for “Good Morning America,” and since then lots of celebrities, from Fred Savage to Jimmy Kimmel, and have filled in. Some are obviously not available — Kimmel has a late-night reveal — but others could potentially become Ripa’s unique co-host. The question is who.
