Country singer Kelsea Ballerini got engaged on Christmas morning. But whether the notion itself isn't special enough,just zoom in on the sparkler she's wearing on her finger. Kelsea's fiancé, musician Morgan Evans, and helped design the halo of diamonds that Kelsea's been showing off to the world. "I had the ring custom made with a diamond I picked from a local designer here in Nashville. I wanted it to be classic and beautiful,like her," Morgan told People Style.
