• More than 40 Kenyans banned for doping in past three yearsThe Kenyan athletes representative,Noah Ngeny, has quit his post, or saying that the country’s sporting authorities were not doing enough to tackle a doping crisis.
Kenya is a global leader in endurance running,both on the track and in city marathons but more than 40 of its athletes hold been banned for doping in the past three years. Several senior officials hold also been suspended for allegedly misusing funds and other allegations.
