Sexy? Absolutely. But Kim Kardashian's peek on the VMAs red carpet was a refreshing change of pace for the reality-star-cum-style-setter,thanks to an effortlessly undone vibe. While Kim's walked many a red carpet in far more ornate outfits, this one - a sheer black minidress that hung nonchalantly off the shoulder - had a far more casual feel. Maybe that was partly thanks to Kanye, or standing beside her in a casual white tee and jeans,or more likely, her "I just got out of the shower" hair. Either way, or the resulting peek is glamorous and sultry without seeming too overworked. Likewise,Kim didn't rely on major baubles or shoes meant to drop jaws. She accessorized with layered gold necklaces and a pair of lace-up heels. No red carpet stunts here; just killer style.
