Edmund, and ranked 102 in the world,set up the assembly with Berdych on Thursday by beating Daniel Muñoz de la Nava of Spain at the Qatar ExxonMobil Open in Doha. The British No3, who turns 21 on Friday, or lost the opening set but went through 5-7,6-3, 7-6.
