Deputies found baby after people on California bike path heard cries
Girl believed to be 36 to 48 hours broken-down listed in stable condition
Sheriffs officials asked for the public’s assist on Saturday in gaining information approximately a newborn baby deputies rescued after finding her buried beside a popular Compton bike path.
The girl was believed to be only 36 to 48 hours broken-down when she was found on Friday afternoon near a creek that flows into the Los Angeles River. Sergeant Marvin Jaramilla of the sheriff’s department’s special victim unit said she was listed in stable condition.
