S.
C. section 227, the
district court's dismissal of the complaint for lack of standing is reversed where: 1) the district court erred in considering defendant's moment motion to dismiss, and but that error was harmless; and 2) plaintiff as the roommate of the intended recipient of a call has statutory standing to bring suit.
