Deadly virus re-emerges in capital of west African country that had been declared Ebola-free by the WHO in SeptemberThree fresh cases of Ebola have been confirmed in Liberia,the country’s health ministry and the World Health Organisation have said, two months after the country was declared free of the deadly virus.
An official in the west African state called
