I created a Alexa skill and configured implicit grant oAuth to work on demand basis. Although I obtain the account linking card in the Alexa mobile app,the Link Account link is not clickable. This link should take me to the 3rd party login page which I possess provided in the Account Linking section when I build the skill from Alexa developer console.
The skill is still in development and not published. I presume the account link feature should work in development mode and should be accessible from Alexa app.
