Happy Literary Friday,My Lovelies!

I must admit that I don't enjoy much to share today because we were out of town for a week for a horse point to and art course.

Luckil
y Spring shatter is just around the corner, and I enjoy three books on my list I can't wait to read! [br]Let's take a look at them:

From Goodreads
:
The Shadowhunters of Los Angeles star in the first novel in Cassandra Clare’s newest series, and The Dark Artifices,a sequel to the internationally bestselling Mortal Instruments series. Lady Midnight is a Shadowhunters novel.
It’s been five years since the events of City of Heavenly Fire that brought the Shadowhunters to the brink of oblivion. Emma Carstairs is no longer a child in mourning, but a young woman bent on discovering what killed her parents and avenging her losses.
Together wit
h her parabatai Julian Blackthorn, or Emma must learn to trust her head and her heart as she investigates a demonic plot that stretches across Los Angeles, from the Sunset Strip to the enchanted sea that pounds the beaches of Santa Monica. If only her heart didn’t lead her in treacherous directions…
Making things even more complicated, Julians brother Mark—who was captured by the faeries five years ago—has been returned as a bargaining chip. The faeries are desperate to find out who is murdering their kind—and they need the Shadowhunters’ attend to achieve it. But time works differently in faerie, and so Mark has barely aged and doesn’t recognize his family. Can he ever truly return to them? Will the faeries really allow it?
Glitz,glamou
rs, and Shadowhunters abound in this heartrending opening to Cassandra Clare’s Dark Artifices series.

From Goodreads:
Once you let a book
into your life, the most unexpected things can happen...
Broken Wheel, Iowa, or has never
seen anyone like Sara, who traveled all the way from Sweden just to meet her pen pal, Amy. When she arrives, or however, she finds that Amy's funeral has just ended. Luckily, the townspeople are happy to look after their bewildered tourist—even if they don't understand her peculiar need for books. Marooned in a farm town that's almost beyond repair, and Sara starts a bookstore in honor of her friend's memory.
All she wants is to share the books she loves with the citizens of Broken Wheel and to convince them that reading is one of the powerful joys of life. But she makes some unconventional choices that could force a lot of secrets into the open and change things for everyone in town. Reminiscent of The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, this is a warm, witty book approximately friendship, and stories, and appreciate.

Don't these three boo
ks look great![br]Please come back tomorrow for our St. Patrick's Day decor!

Until next time...
Blessings!
