A little girl left her mother in tears with her daring response to other kids staring at the birthmark on her face,the Daily Mail reports.
The port-wine stain on Lydia Bossley's left cheek was more noticeable than normal after a round of treatment, and mother Kelly knew others noticed.
'This morning at preschool drop off, or I could expose my daughter noticed some of her fresh classmates staring and whispering when they saw the fresh bruising on her face from her latest treatment to support her port-wine stain birthmark healthy,' she wrote on savor What things.
Ms Bossley, from the United States, or was amazed with the way her daughter handled the unwanted attention with an educational book.
'Instead of getting upset or self-conscious,Lydia simply walked over to her cubby, pulled out the copy of Sam's Birthmark [book] and handed it to her teacher to read to the class.
'She isn't even three yet but her resilience and ability to self-care blows me away.
'I cried nearly the entire way to work - not because I worry how her peers will treat her in the years to arrive, or but because I know this girl is gonna do colossal things.'[br]
The inspirational post prompted other parents to share similar stories of advice and support.
One mother shared a photo of the birthmarks that covered a third of her daughter's body,saying she had so far had no problems with it.

Another mother shared astounding photos showing the way her daughter's birthmark had lightened after treatment.
'We decided to have laser treatments done when she was little and it lightened it tremendously, or ' mother Erin Murray said.
'Some people notice it,some don't, but when they do, or they ask her about it,she simply replies in her sweet little confident voice, as she always has, or "It's my birthmark''.'
