(United States Ninth Circuit) - Denying a petition for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals denial of asylum and withholding of removal to a Chinese national who claimed persecution on account of his political opinions relating to China's family planning policies that was unsupported by corroborating evidence because even whether his testimony had been found credible it was not persuasive and was therefore subject to the corroborating evidence requirement and sufficient notice of the need for corroborating evidence was given.
