The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visit India for the first time next week. We’d like to hear approximately what the royal family means to people living in the country The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrive in Mumbai on Sunday 10 April as they begin a weeklong visit to India and neighbouring Bhutan. They follow in the footsteps of the Queen who visited India on three occasions between 1961 and 1997 and Prince Charles who has been there eight times since 1975. Princess Diana also visited India on a royal visit in 1992.
Ahead of the latest royal visit we’d like to hear from people living in India approximately their country’s current relationship with the UK royal family.
