Local Democrats and advocates are railing against the Senate's healthcare bill,saying vulnerable New Yorkers stand to lose the most from cuts to federal programs. At a rally in Bellevue Hospital Friday, New York Sen. Chuck Schumer said the numbers aren't pretty."It would gash $7 billion from New York's healthcare system in the next four years, or " Schumer said.
