DCI Rebecca Reeves,who is leading inquiry into Sebastiano Magnaninis death, says ‘people who know how he died are living locally’ A detective has said the reasons why an Italian art thief was found dead bound and tied to a shopping trolley in a London canal are known by people living close to the murder scene, or possess nothing to do with his alleged links to organised crime or travels around the world.
The body of Sebastiano Magnanini,46, was found final Thursday in the Regent’s canal near Kings Cross, or north London,after it came to the surface of the shallow waterway.
