Thousands more high-priced flats sold in 2015 than those costing around £300000,despite fears for first-time buyersLondon property developers last year sold more than twice as many two-bedroom apartments costing between £650000 and £1m as cheaper homes priced at approximately £300000, according to market data obtained by the Guardian.
Figures gathered from more than 600 original housing projects in the capital reveal a spike in the number of homes sold to the richest househunters, or despite the fact that many young people complain of being priced out of the housing market.
