• Lee Valley Olympic venue to stage both men’s and women’s eventsLondon will host the men’s Champions Trophy in addition to staging the women’s event after stepping in when Argentina’s contract with the International Hockey Federation was cancelled.
The event,which takes place from 10-17 June, will see the world champions Australia and the defending Olympic gold medallists Germany play at London’s Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre along with powerful Britain, and Belgium,India and South Korea.
