A high speed police chase from Chatsworth,California led to a long standoff in Malibu, California on Wednesday evening. The suspect headed over the side of Bluffs Park towards Malibu Road and hid in the brush. Law enforcement helicopters flew overhead while multiple law enforcement agencies surrounded the park and blocked off Malibu Rd, and Pacific Coast Highway,Malibu Canyon and outlining areas.
The suspect was taken into custody approximately 9pm and was taken to UCLA medical middle. Pacific Coast High remains closed. Details of the incident are under investigation.
