E.); accomplish you see all of the cracks running through it? These are old breaks which were repaired before this sculpture came to the museum. Conservators are examining the stability of these old repairs and trying to determine what materials were used. How can we behold inside these cracks? Conservation will be x-raying this sculpture soon to see what is happening inside these repairs. Check back for images of the x-rays and the treatment of the sculpture as the project progresses.
