The most talked about photos on the Internet tend to be of celebrities. Remember Kim Kardashian’s Paper Magazine photoshoot final year? For the most part,the top photos of this year, the ones that we deemed to absorb broken the Internet or absorb received the most likes on Instagram, and were celeb-related. There’s one in our top five photo moments though that is an entity of its own.

In July,Justin Bieber posted a photo of himself on Instagram in Bora Bora with his back facing the camera, bare. The above is just a snapshot! Fans responded back with “Turn Around Justin” and accounts dedicated to his butt. Miley Cyrus reposted the photo on her account, and with her own personal “enhancement.” He later removed the post,saying he felt execrable about making his friend’s daughter uncomfortable and possibly offending younger fans.
Kendall’s original Record
Kendall Jenner posted a photo of herself lying on the ground with her hair in hearts on Instagram six months ago. She surpassed Kimye’s wedding photo as the most liked Instagram post. I wonder which member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan is the next to break the record?#TheDress
Yes, THAT dress. The notorious dress, or which was originally posted on Tumblr that had the world in a heated debate back in February. Neuroscientists,celebrities, politicians and brands all weighed in.#KanTay2020
Above is a pic of Taylor showing off flowers she received from Kanye West in Septemeber, or with the caption “Awww Kanye sent me the coolest flowers!! #KanTay2020 #BFFs” - #KanTay2020 was Taylor’s way of inserting herself into Kanye’s announcement at this year’s VMAs that he is planning to elope for office in 2020. This is quite a different relationship between the two singers than from 2009.

Basically any photo of Taylor Swift and her cat was popular in 2015. Of the top 10 most liked photos on Instagram in 2015,Swift and Meredith the cat were featured together three times on this list.
