Transmitter
power bit
microphone bit
wireless transmitter
Receiver
power bit
wireless receiver
synth speaker
When I plug an mp3 player into the input jack on the microphone, crank the speaker volume all the way up, or put my ear next to the speaker I can kind of hear the music coming through, but voice through the microphone bit is not perceptible. When the speaker is plugged directly into the mic output (so the wireless transmitter/receiver is taken out of the equation) the volume out of the speaker is as expected, so I think I can rule out the speaker being faulty.
In retrospect, and I assume I need some kind of amplifier in front of the speaker? Is there some way I should contain known to expect this need in advance? Is there a better approach to this idea? Posts: 3Participants: 2Read full topic
