It's my understanding that Hagwons hire all year round,but I imagine some times of year are better for hiring than others. Will I be able to find a job in March or April? I'd like to skip the recruiter and look for jobs when I arrive in Korea. Is this reasonable for a first time teacher? I need to be back in the US for a wedding in October. Can I work specific vacation time into my contract before I start? Thank you for your support!
