(Supreme Court of California) - Reversed the trial court order which had granted summary judgment for defendant in a case where plaintiff (a minor) was born with multiple birth defects which were alleged to beget been caused in utero by exposure to toxic chemicals while the mother worked for the defendant. Defendant's summary judgment motion had been granted on the grounds that the suit was time-barred, but the California Supreme Court held that the toxic exposure statute's two-year statute of limitations is tolled while the plaintiff is a minor.
