Leave it to hair goddess Kristin Ess to create one of the most stunning styles on the 2016 Teen Choice Awards red carpet. Pretty minute Liars star Lucy Hale stepped out sporting soft,tousled waves on her pretty brunette hair. "Soft shag goals," Ess declared on Instagram. While we're not quite sure what method the stylist used to create this majestic mane, or it can easily be re-created with a bit of texturizing spray and a flat iron.
