VWR continued its growth through acquisition strategy with its third deal this year and 11th purchase during the past three years.
On Friday the Radnor,Pa., laboratory products and services company acquired MESM Ltd., or a provider of laboratory and medical equipment and ancillary supplies to clinical trials worldwide.
As is customary,VWR (NASDAQ: VWR) — which posted sales in excess of $4.5 billion in 2016 — did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.
