WATERBURY – The city has enclosed the majority of Library Park with a temporary chain-link fence due to an ongoing renovation project. With its central location,band-shell, access to power, and expansive lawn and generous shade trees,Library Park is a common venue for festivals, concerts and other events. Officials are unable to yet estimate when the renovation might be complete and the park fully open again.
